About Gophr

Gophr is a referral service operated by Covantage Solutions LLC in Azle, Texas. We connect you with an independent local service provider. Gophr does not perform the work. The provider you’re matched with is an independent business, and any agreement for work, including price, schedule, and warranty, is between you and that provider.

Using Gophr

• Gophr is free for homeowners. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to.
• Please give accurate information so the provider can help you.
• We check that providers are insured, and licensed where Texas requires a license, before they receive requests. We can’t guarantee any provider’s work, prices, or availability.
• Our AI assistant helps describe your job. It doesn’t give prices, repair advice, or safety advice. For electrical emergencies, call 911 or your electric company first.
• We may decline or remove requests that are abusive, fraudulent, or outside our service area.

Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Gophr and Covantage Solutions LLC are not responsible for the work performed by providers or for any damage arising from it. Please tell us if something goes wrong. We take complaints seriously and remove providers who don’t treat customers well.

SMS Terms

Program: Gophr Service Updates, operated by Covantage Solutions LLC.

What you’ll receive: If you check the box to receive texts when you send a request, Gophr will text you about that request: a confirmation, updates about your match, and a follow-up after the job asking how it went. We don’t send marketing texts.

How often: Message frequency varies, usually two to five messages per request.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in.

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of using Gophr. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number. We never share your mobile information or consent with third parties for marketing.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
