Gophr (“Gophr,” “we,” “us”) is a service of Covantage Solutions LLC, based in Azle, Texas. Gophr connects homeowners with local service providers. This policy explains what we collect when you use gophr.pro or text with us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your request: the service you need, your town, timing, and the job details you give us, including anything you type to our AI assistant.
- Your contact details: your first name and mobile phone number.
- Your text-message consent: whether you agreed to receive texts, the wording you agreed to, and when.
- How you found us: the answer you choose, and the link or ad that brought you to the site, if any.
- Basic technical data: your browser type and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, used to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To send your request to the service provider we match you with, so they can contact you about the job.
- To text you about your request, if you agreed: confirmations, updates, and a follow-up asking how the job went.
- To review and improve our service, including which kinds of outreach bring people to Gophr.
- To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
Who we share it with
- The provider we match you with. We share your name, phone number, town, and job details with that one provider so they can contact you. We do not send your request to multiple companies, and we do not sell leads to lists.
- Companies that run our service for us, such as our website host, database provider, text-message provider, and AI provider. They process your information only to provide their services to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, providers, or Gophr.
Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages. We never sell your phone number.
Our AI assistant
The chat assistant on gophr.pro is powered by AI. What you type is sent to our AI provider to generate replies and to summarize your request. Please don’t share sensitive information such as payment details in the chat.
How long we keep it
We keep request records for up to three years so we can follow up on jobs, resolve complaints, and understand how the service is working. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from Gophr. Reply HELP for help.
- Email us at hello@gophr.pro to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you.
Children
Gophr is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
